The hotel was quite a mixed experience for me. The rooms had a few cleanliness issues with a broken toilet seat, an unclean tub, and a dirty ceiling fan. However, it was a pleasant surprise after a long drive. The service was a bit inconsistent, ranging from rude interactions with my kids to super friendly staff. The location was excellent, being only 20 minutes from the border and right across the street from Sam's Club and Walmart. The dining options were good, especially the fresh coffee and waffles, although there was a need for more variety in breakfast. The facilities were satisfactory.
